Shaunagh Pugh

Psychologist - Master of Clinical Psychology

Shaunagh is a generally registered psychologist based in Brisbane and is currently taking new adult clients via Telehealth. She has worked with a range of individuals across the lifespan in both Tasmania and Queensland, and has a particular interest in working with individuals aged between 18 and 30. Shaunagh also has an interest in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing grief and loss, and focuses on building a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for all her clients. Shaunagh takes a holistic approach to therapy and understands that each client brings their unique experiences and background into the therapy room with them. Her main therapeutic modalities are acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), but she also has an interest in dialectical behaviour-informed (DBT) and Compassion Focused (CFT) therapies.

In her free time, Shaunagh enjoys cooking, going to the beach with friends, and knitting. She is also currently completing her clinical psychology registrar program.
