Jess holds a Bachelor of Education and Masters in Child Play Therapy, with 18 years’ experience working with children in the early years. Jess is passionate about putting the child at the centre of her practice. This means that children are accepted and permitted to form a trusting relationship and tell their stories in their own time. Both non-directive and directive approaches are used in her practice, depending on the individual child’s needs. Jessica takes a holistic approach to help the child, working closely with the primary caregivers in the child’s life, as well as teachers and other relevant people.
